Founder

Having somewhere nice to live should never be defined by your income. It should be defined by intention, dignity, and vision.

I believe in purpose over passion, discipline over impulse, and results that justify celebration.

Founder & CEO, Peach Core Development Firm LLC

Peach Core Development Firm was founded in 2019 with a singular mission: to redefine luxury, make it affordable, and ensure that where you live is never defined by your income.

I believe that families and children in inner cities deserve the same quality of living, design, and dignity as any luxury community anywhere in the country.

Luxury should not be exclusive; it should be intentional, accessible, and transformative. That belief was shaped long before Peach Core ever existed.

From Survival to Vision

In 2014, I was working relentlessly driving armored trucks for Loomis, working overnight shifts at Walmart, and repairing washers during the day. I was doing whatever it took to survive, to build stability, and to create a future beyond the limits placed in front of me. In 2015, a friend named Travis introduced the idea of starting a logistics company. After careful thought, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life: I left every job I had cold turkey.

I liquidated my Transamerica 401(k), borrowed against it at nearly 50%, and used that capital to launch my first company. The risk was massive, but so was the belief. For the first two years, we broke even and made modest profits. By 2019, the company was generating seven figures in gross revenue. That experience taught me discipline, risk management, leadership, and most importantly how to build something from nothing.

The Developer Awakening

Around that same time, I began seeing Jay Morrison across the internet, teaching minority communities about real estate investing and ownership. One garage-based developer class shifted my mindset completely. I didn’t want to just invest. I wanted to develop.

I didn’t have the money to purchase the courses—so I did something else. I studied every clip. I researched every term. I pieced together every strategy. That self-education laid the foundation for what would become Peach Core Development Firm.

Education as a Weapon

Between 2018 and 2023, I made a deliberate decision to formalize my knowledge and sharpen my technical edge. Every program was completed online while actively building businesses because mastery was non-negotiable.

  • Bachelor of Architecture, Academy of Art University
  • Construction Project Management Certificate, Columbia Engineering Program
  • Real Estate Development Certificate, Cornell University Online

These programs were not credentials for display; they were tools. I pursued them to enhance my architectural discipline, construction execution, and development strategy—ensuring Peach Core operates with institutional-level precision from design through delivery.

Purpose Over Profit

As I analyzed data across Zillow and public records, I saw massive opportunity—but also massive neglect—especially in cities like Detroit and in neighborhoods like Ensley along the Pike Road corridor in my hometown of Birmingham, Alabama.

Blight, abandonment, and disinvestment weren’t isolated problems; they were systemic. Then it became personal. I realized Black developers represent less than one percent of the industry.

That day, I made a decision: I would beat the odds—and I would do it in style. Peach Core was built to deliver modern, luxury-inspired, affordable housing to urban and minority communities—fast, intentional, and with pride. Every project is designed to uplift neighborhoods, restore dignity, and create places people are proud to call home.

Today & Beyond

Now entering 2026, Peach Core Development Firm is advancing new projects across multiple markets, guided by the same principles that started it all:

  • Luxury should be accessible
  • Design should inspire pride
  • Communities deserve investment, not neglect
  • Development is about legacy, not just buildings

This is more than real estate. This is about changing the narrative brick by brick.
